Tu dois tout simplement utiliser le present perfect
have (présent) + participe passé du verbe
a- Darcy Oake has taken part in the "Britain's got talent" show.
b- Have you checked on Darcy Oake's website yet ?

d- Missy Franklyn, aged 21, has already won 27 medals in International swimming competitions.
