No it is not important to include everyone. The most important is to do the right choice to yourself and not to people around you. Sometimes it is nice to include your parents, a close friend, someone that you trust, but the most important is to be happy in your shoes. Losers say that including everyone is the key to success, however most of the problems came from doing things as people want and not as you feel comfortable doing them.
